What you get
What you get, in writing.
No outcome is promised here. But the fee buys concrete things, each named in the agreement you sign: six commitments while you are on the programme, a set of deliverables you build and keep, and a record of the work at the end. Here is all of it, stated plainly.
This page is the concrete side: what the fee buys and what you walk away holding. What you learn from it, the insight and the capability, is its own page.

Six things we commit to
These are not outcomes we promise. They are commitments in the agreement you sign: the things the fee actually buys, stated the same way everywhere.
Committed mentor access
Mentors available at a stated frequency with stated response times. They answer what you ask, on a schedule that is in the agreement.
Our tools and environment
You work inside a real company, on internal tools and approved internal workflows, with access to our internal AI stack.
A defined output every fortnight
Six concrete deliverables across the twelve weeks, each returned to you with written feedback.
A written work record
A record of what you actually built. You can describe the kind of work you did in your CV.
A capstone you present
One approved internal workflow, redesigned, built, quantified and presented at the end.
A Certificate of Completion
Recording your dates, your supervisor and the real work you did across the twelve weeks.
What you build
Six deliverables, then a capstone
You produce a defined output every fortnight, each returned to you with written feedback. These are concrete things you make and keep, not notes from a lecture.
Weeks 1-2
An evaluation of three tools against a real business task
Weeks 3-4
A mapped process from a real function
Weeks 5-6
A working tool addressing a step you mapped
Weeks 7-8
A delegation design with controls
Weeks 9-10
A quantified before-and-after model
Weeks 11-12
Capstone and work record
Each deliverable pairs with something you learn to do. See the twelve weeks →
At the end
What is yours to keep
The point of real work is that you can use it afterwards. Here is what you walk out holding, stated without inflation.
A written work record
A record of what you actually built across the twelve weeks. You can describe the kind of work you did in your CV.
A capstone you presented
One approved internal workflow, redesigned, built, quantified and presented. The work is the proof, not a grade.
A Certificate of Completion
It records your dates, your supervisor and the work you did. It is not a degree, diploma or recognised qualification, and we say so plainly.
Everything you learned, to use
You keep what you learned and are free to build your own venture with the same tools. Work you make on assignments belongs to the company; anything you build on your own time and resources stays yours.
The exact terms on ownership and on what you are free to do afterwards are set out plainly in the agreement. What you walk away free to do →
Clear and upfront
Clear terms, no surprises
A page about what you get should be just as clear about what you do not. These are the terms, stated the same way everywhere.
- This is not a job, a placement or an interview, and no income is offered or implied.
- The certificate is a record of your work, not a degree, diploma or recognised qualification.
- Once you are admitted, the fee is not refundable.
- The fee is paid from your own resources. We do not offer loans, EMI or any financing for it.
- We do not guarantee or warrant any outcome. What you take from this depends on the work you do.
- We correspond with you directly, as an adult.
- You will not have access to client work or client data.
- You bring your own laptop. This is a bring-your-own-device programme.
The other half
That is what you get. Now, what you learn.
The commitments and deliverables are the concrete half. The reason they are worth the fee is the insight, the people and the economics you are let into. That is the companion page.
