Zrooth · Twelve weeks

It is no longer about
what you can code

AI handles the technical work now. What is scarce, whatever you studied, is the person who can see where a business leaks time and money and rebuild the process. Built for graduates of any discipline.

  • Twelve weeks, inside a working company
  • Five cities across India, the Gulf and East Africa

Real environment, not a sandbox

You work where the
business actually runs

You learn by doing, not by sitting through lectures, and not from a fixed curriculum. The work is shaped to your own aspirations, inside live products the group runs, next to the people who have actually built them.

The shift

What is scarce now

The scarce skill is no longer a technical one. AI can now write the code, run the numbers and draft the documents well enough that someone who understands a business problem can reach a working answer without being a specialist in any of it. What is scarce, whatever you studied, is the person who can look at how a company operates, find where time and money leak, and rebuild the process with the tools now available. This programme is built for graduates of any discipline, not just the technical ones.

This programme is twelve weeks of doing that, inside a working company, with the people who build our products. You learn by doing, with mentors available on a committed schedule to answer what you ask. You produce a defined output every fortnight, you get written feedback on each one, and you leave with a work record and a Certificate of Completion.

What a place gets you

Commitments, not promises

We do not promise a job or an income. We do promise these, in writing, in the agreement. What you take out depends on the questions you ask and the work you do.

01

Committed mentor access

Mentors available at a stated frequency with stated response times. They answer what you ask, on a schedule that is in the agreement.

02

Our tools and environment

You work inside a real company, on internal tools and approved internal workflows, with access to our internal AI stack.

03

A defined output every fortnight

Six concrete deliverables across the twelve weeks, each returned to you with written feedback.

04

A written work record

A record of what you actually built. You can describe the kind of work you did in your CV.

05

A capstone you present

One approved internal workflow, redesigned, built, quantified and presented at the end.

06

A Certificate of Completion

Recording your dates, your supervisor and the real work you did across the twelve weeks.

Admissions

How selection works

After you apply, you take a short qualifying test, held as a conversation. It checks whether you can work at the level this programme runs at. Qualify, and the next step is a link to pay and confirm your place. If you do not qualify yet, you get an honest assessment and can apply again in six months.

Ability to pay confirms a seat. It does not win one. Candidates who are not selected pay nothing.

Before you apply, look at theassetlight.com. It lists what this group has actually built: six ventures in-house, some operating, some still pre-revenue. We would rather you checked our credibility before paying than after.

The qualifying test

A short conversation, not a timed exam. It asks how you think and what you want to build. The same standard applies to everyone, and it costs nothing.

  • Comprehension

Whether you read a business situation and answer what it actually says.

  • Business reasoning

Where a process loses time or money, and what you would check first.

  • Your ideas and fit

Whether what you want to build, and what you expect from this, match what the programme is.

  • Self-direction

Whether you will drive your own work for twelve weeks, rather than wait to be taught.

Before you commit

Read this before anything else

Now the honest part. We would rather you knew exactly what this is, and is not, before you commit any money.

  • This is not a job, a placement or an interview, and no income is offered or implied.
  • The certificate is a record of your work, not a degree, diploma or recognised qualification.
  • Once you are admitted, the fee is not refundable.
  • The fee is paid from your own resources. We do not offer loans, EMI or any financing for it.
  • We do not guarantee or warrant any outcome. What you take from this depends on the work you do.
  • We correspond with you directly, as an adult.
  • You will not have access to client work or client data.
  • You bring your own laptop. This is a bring-your-own-device programme.

An honest fit check

Who this is for

The programme suits the self-directed, and is a gentler fit for people who prefer to learn by doing. Have a look at both columns before you apply.

This is for you if

  • You intend to run your own show one day, and want to see how AI changes the way you work.
  • You want to understand what AI changes about what a small team can do.
  • You are self-directed and will drive your own work for twelve weeks.
  • You would rather build the answer than be lectured about it.

This may be less for you if

  • You would prefer to be taught to a syllabus.
  • You are looking for a guaranteed job, placement or income.
  • You would prefer someone to keep you on track day to day.
  • You are not looking to build or run something of your own.

Frequently asked questions

01 Do I need to know how to code? Is this only for engineers?

No, and no. We do not teach programming, you will not need it, and this is not a programme only for computer-science or engineering graduates. AI now handles the technical execution, the code, the analysis, the first draft. What is scarce is the person who can read a business process, see where it leaks time and money, and rebuild it. Graduates from commerce, law, the arts, science or any other field are exactly who this is for, as long as you are willing to do the work.

02 Will I get a job at the end?

No. We offer no job, no offer, no placement and no interview, and we do not promise any level of income or job-readiness. If you are looking for a guaranteed route into employment, this programme is not designed for that.

03 How is this different from an internship?

An internship usually pays a token wage, treats you as a junior who waits to be told what to do, and quietly implies a permanent job that rarely arrives. This is built the other way around. You invest in yourself, you are handed real problems inside live products the group runs, and you work next to AI that is already in production. Nothing is promised, no job, no placement, no income. What you pay for is the real environment and the practitioners around it, at an operator’s level of responsibility rather than a junior entrant’s.

04 Is the certificate a recognised qualification?

No. It records your dates, your supervisor and the work you did. It is not a degree, a diploma or a certification approved by any authority, and it should not be described as one.

05 Is the fee refundable?

No. Once you are admitted, the fee is not refundable in any circumstance: whether you do not attend, attend in part, withdraw at any point, or are removed from the programme. The only exception is if we fail to run or deliver the programme, in which case you choose between a refund and a place in the next cohort. You acknowledge this separately, in writing, when you pay.

Made for the self-directed.

If you would rather build than be taught, we would love to read your application.
