How it works

You work where the business actually runs.

Most programmes hand you a sandbox and a worksheet. This one puts you inside live products the group is running right now, next to the people building them and the AI systems already doing the work. Here is exactly how that works, and what it is not.

The seat you take

An operator's seat, not a trainee's desk

You are not slotted in as a junior who waits for instructions. You take a problem the way the person who owns the outcome would: you see the whole function, you decide where it leaks time and money, and you rebuild it. The fee buys you that vantage and the practitioners around it, not a lecture.

To be clear about what this is and is not: you are not an employee, an officer or a director of any group company, and nothing here makes you one. What you get for twelve weeks is the responsibility, the view and the real environment of senior work, so that you learn how a company is actually run from the inside.

Real environment, not a sandbox

Live products. Production AI. No invented exercises.

The group runs a portfolio of its own products and ventures. You work on live modules and real internal engagements inside them, not on toy problems designed to keep you busy. That is the whole point: the experience only counts if the environment is real.

01

Inside real products

You are embedded in the group's own live modules and workflows, alongside the people who build and run them.

02

AI that already acts

You work next to AI running in semi-autonomous and fully autonomous modes in production, and learn where it can be trusted and where it cannot.

03

Still never client data

The live work you see is the group's own. You do not touch client files, client systems or anything confidential. That line does not move.

Look at what the group has actually built, including ventures still at a pre-revenue stage, before you apply. See the venture portfolio →

Step by step

How a cohort actually runs

01

You qualify first, and only then is there a fee

Right after you apply, you take a short qualifying test. It checks whether you can work at the level this programme runs at, nothing else. Qualify, and the next step is a payment link to confirm your place. If you do not qualify yet, you get an honest assessment of where you stand and a standing invitation to apply again in six months. The test costs nothing, and paying never wins a seat.

02

You are placed on a live module, with a named supervisor

Not a practice project. You are embedded in a real internal product or workflow the group is running, next to the people who build it, with a supervisor who answers what you ask on a committed schedule.

03

You rebuild a real process, every fortnight

You find where a function leaks time and money and you rebuild it with the tools now available. Six defined outputs across the twelve weeks, each returned to you with written feedback.

04

You work next to AI that is already in production

You learn where an autonomous system can be trusted to act on its own, where it cannot, and how to put the guardrails around it. That judgement is the scarce thing, and you only build it in a real environment.

05

You leave with a record and a capstone

One approved internal workflow, redesigned, built, quantified and presented. Plus a written record of what you actually did and a Certificate of Completion. The work is the proof, not a grade.

The honest comparison

Why this beats an internship

An internship pays you a little and, without ever saying so, treats you as a junior and lets you imagine a permanent job that usually never comes. You invested in a degree that did not teach you what the work needs, and the internship does not invest in you either. We built this the other way around.

The usual internship

  • You are paid a token wage and quietly treated as a junior who waits to be told what to do.
  • A permanent job is implied and rarely arrives. You leave hoping, with no real investment in what you know.
  • The work is whatever nobody senior wanted: fetch, format, file. You see a corner of the business, never the whole of it.
  • Nobody owes you honesty about any of it, so nobody gives it.

This programme

  • You invest in yourself. That is what the fee is, and it is why you are handed real problems instead of busywork.
  • Nothing is promised. No job, no placement, no income. We say so before you pay, and we mean it.
  • You take a problem the way the person who owns the outcome would: the whole function, where it leaks, how to rebuild it.
  • You are told the hard parts plainly, up front, because the programme only works for people who want the truth.

The level you work at

Treated as an operator, not an entrant

Almost nobody arrives at their first job understanding how a company is actually run: its functions, the handoffs between them, where decisions are made and where they escalate. Most employers expect that understanding and almost no candidate has it. You build it by sitting at the level where those decisions happen, not by watching from the bottom of an org chart.

This is why the programme carries a fee rather than a stipend. You are not here to be cheap labour. You are here to see the business the way the people who run it see it, with the tools that are rewriting what a small team can do. That vantage is the thing you are paying for, and it is the thing an internship cannot give you.

Afterwards

What you walk away free to do

The point of real experience is that you can use it. You keep everything you learn, and we do not ask you to stay out of the technologies you worked with. Build your own venture with the same tools. That is exactly what we hope the self-directed will go and do.

The one limit is by domain, not by technology. For a defined period you agree not to set up in direct competition with the specific businesses of the group entities you worked inside. On ownership: work you produce on programme assignments belongs to the company, and anything you build independently, on your own time and without our resources, stays yours. The exact terms are in the agreement, written plainly.

And if we want to keep working with you?

Occasionally we invite someone to carry on working with the group after the twelve weeks. It is never promised, it is not part of what you pay for, and you should not count on it. We would rather say that plainly than let you build a hope we did not offer.

Read this before anything else

Straight talk, nothing hidden

The real environment is the pitch, and so is the honesty. These are the terms, stated the same way everywhere we state them.

Decide with your eyes open

If you want the real environment and can do without the promises, this is built for you. If you need a guaranteed job at the end, it is not, and we would rather you knew that now.
