2. The programme and services

The AI Entrepreneur Programme is a twelve-week, fee-based practical learning programme in which participants carry out supervised applied work using AI inside a working business environment. It is an educational programme. It is not employment, an internship for hire, a placement service, or a recruitment offer, and we make no promise of a job, placement, income, salary, stipend or any particular career, hiring or financial outcome. Completion leads to a Certificate of Completion and a record of the work done; it is not a degree or a statutory or government-recognised qualification.

3. Products and pricing (INR)

The programme is offered in three tracks. Fees for the India cohorts, charged in Indian Rupees by the operating entity above, are:

ServiceFee (INR)
AI Entrepreneur Programme: In-office trackTwelve weeks, in-office seat ₹2,00,000
AI Entrepreneur Programme: Hybrid trackTwelve weeks, remote weekdays + Saturday in office ₹1,50,000
AI Entrepreneur Programme: Online trackTwelve weeks, fully online ₹1,00,000

Prices are per participant for one cohort and are inclusive of all applicable taxes. Fees for cohorts in other markets are shown on the programme page in the local reference currency and are billed by the India entity. Pricing is indicative and may change for future cohorts; the fee confirmed to you at the time of your payment is the fee that applies to you.

4. Application, screening and enrolment

Applying and completing the screening are free. A payment link is issued only after an applicant qualifies. Enrolment is confirmed only when the fee is received and we send a written confirmation. We may decline any application at our discretion and may limit seats per cohort.

5. Payments

Payments are collected online through our authorised payment gateway partner. By paying, you authorise the charge for the track and cohort you selected. We do not store your full card or bank details; these are handled by the payment gateway under its own security standards. We do not offer, arrange or accept any loan, credit, instalment plan or third-party financing for the fee: the fee is payable from your own resources, and a person for whom the fee would cause financial strain should not enrol.

6. Refunds and cancellations

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refunds & Cancellations policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Your responsibilities

You agree to give accurate information, to attend and participate in good faith, to respect confidentiality of any live work, products or people you encounter, and to follow the programme handbook and reasonable instructions from supervisors. You may not misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, or infringe anyone’s rights.

8. Intellectual property

The website, programme materials, branding and content are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Confidential information about the businesses you work inside remains theirs. Ownership of work you produce during the programme is set out in the participant agreement you sign before you start.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website and programme are provided on a reasonable-effort basis without warranties of any particular result. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the programme is limited to the fee you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you pay governs your enrolment for that cohort. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any applicable consumer-protection rights you may have.
